Lane Coaching and Consulting is a power team of Owner and CEO, Bobby Lane and COO Liz Lane. Together they use their skills and experience to promote positive change and fruitful service by means of training, 1:1 coaching, and consulting. Their strength comes through years of leadership, training & facilitation, and engagement development experience in both small business and corporate environments as well as the ability to offer agile and customizable solutions.

Bobby served in a leadership role in the U.S. Marine Corps where he was responsible for leading and training up to hundreds of personnel at a time. He uses the leadership experience he gained in tandem with his strengths of ideation and maximization to promote growth and efficiency in individual mentorship as well as business consulting. 

Liz has more than a decade of experience working for a fortune 100 company in employee training, facilitation, leadership, and coaching. She developed a unique approach to individual coaching that is a whole person client-centered focus. When consulting with businesses, she applies Agile principles, Root Cause Analysis, engagement strategy, and leadership development all while keeping employee and customer experiences top of mind.

Liz holds a Doctor of Management degree in Executive Leadership, WINDMILLS and ICP-APM (Agile Project Management Training) certifications, as well as ABA certificates in Risk Management Frameworks and Fraud Management.
